



Rare black panther spotted walking along forest trail of Thai national park
Footage shows the big black cat passing by the area were a trail camera was set up to observe wildlife in Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetburi province on September 6.
The fierce-looking black panther was spotted in a reserved area where tourists were not allowed. However, some reported that they have seen the animal wander near areas where there are people.
In an effort to protect wild lives and nurture ecosystems, a trail camera was hidden to monitor the situation in the forest where footages will be used for research and development accordingly.
Kaeng Krachan National Park is Thailand's third Natural World Heritage Site, but the biggest of it all. It covers three provinces, Phetburi, Ratchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan, and occupies 2,915 square meters.
