Newborn baby rescued as stray dog tears open bag and carries him to roadside

Food delivery rider Ratchanok Kullaboot, 24, was riding home when she spotted the dog dragging the bag along a deserted road in Pathum Thani, just outside Bangkok, on Monday evening.
