Viral Press finds newsworthy content and acquires permission from owners to use it in various media, including print, online and broadcast.
This agreement is between ViralPress and the uploader or filmer, referred to as the Licensor, of the video and / or videos, or pictures, being submitted, in their raw file or through a link, referred to as the Content. In regards to the Content, the Licensor agrees to remit all rights to the Content in order to receive royalties either on a revenue share basis and / or a one time fixed fee.
By submitting the Content, the Licensor agrees to grant the exclusive rights only to ViralPress, including the unconditional permission for ViralPress and its content partner organizations to share, republish and / or broadcast the agreed footage exclusively. This means that it can be used in whole or in part in online Content players, in TV broadcast packages, in print and on other media channels, including social media, monetised in commercial players, internationally and in perpetuity, in all media either known or unknown.
