Singaporean fugitive wanted for alleged theft nabbed on southern Thai island

The man, identified by officers as 'Muhamad', 34, reportedly stole a mobile phone and escaped on a runaway car in Ao Nang, Krabi province before fleeing to Koh Lanta island.
