Bystander watching guns being destroyed by Mexican soldiers is accidentally shot in the backside

This is the moment a homemade shotgun suddenly goes off and blasts a man in the backside, as well as injuring three others, while soldiers cut through it with an angle grinder during a public weapons destruction event.

The incident happened in the main square of Tzintzuntzan, a town on the shores of Lake Patzcuaro in Michoacan, western Mexico, on August 12.
