Indonesia earthquake ship gangway topples over plunging locals into sea

Footage shows a building crumbling into a cloud of dust and rubble as tremors struck the Lorens Say Port in Maumere in the Sikka Regency of East Nusa Tenggara shortly before 5 am local time.
