Police officer reprimanded for 'knocking out reporter during playful neck-lock'

Police Lieutenant Colonel Worawit Thamsucharit was said to have grabbed reporter Trithep Kiattipakorn, 42, by the neck while they were chatting at the Ban Phai Police Station in Khon Kaen.
