Air India plane crash sparks panic at hospital near airport

Footage shows panic at the Civil Hospital in Guarat this afternoon following a crash involving an Air India plane that was bound for London.

The aircraft is believed to have crashed into a residential area in the Meghani Nagar area of the state shortly after taking off from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. All roads surrounding the site of the suspected impact were closed.
