This is the hilarious moment a drunk tourist fell into a wash basin outside a diving shop.
Owner Bryan Roseman discovered a phone in one of the wash tanks, prompting him to check the surveillance footage in an attempt to find the owner.
Instead, he witnessed a comical mishap late in the evening outside the La Bombona Diving centre (https://lbdivingkohtao.com) on the island of Koh Tao.
CCTV video shows the seemingly intoxicated holidaymaker attempting to sit on the edge of a deep sink when he lost his balance and plunged into the pit on May 4.
The man was seen dropping into the concrete trough, which is used for washing diving gear, before immediately climbing out and sitting on the ground.
He then stood up unsteadily, swaying and struggling to regain his footing, with his belongings soaked in the water.
The tourist reportedly did not sustain any injuries from the incident in Surat Thani province, southern Thailand.
Bryan said: 'Not long ago, a guy fell into the river nearby and died, probably because he was in the same drunken state.
'I'm appealing to bar owners to be responsible and limit what you serve to these tourists to avoid the worst happening.'
