River Wien surges as heavy rains hits Vienna, Austria

Footage shows the fast-flowing river nearly breaking into the adjacent U4 underground network on Sunday, September 15. At least eight people have bene killed across Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.
