Floods swamp streets amid monsoon downpour in Pattaya, Thailand

Larges parts of Pattaya, eastern Thailand, were flooded after being struck by a severe storm on Sunday night.

Officials said water levels reached up to 31 inches (80 centimetres) in parts of the city.
