Landslide kills nine and leaves 1,500 tourists stranded in India

At least nine people were killed and 1,500 tourists stranded when landslides triggered by heavy rain hit northern India this week.
Incessant rains fell in India's Sikkim state bordering Nepal, causing at least two landslides in the Namchi and Mangan districts on June 12 and 13.
