British tourist, 38, arrested for 'crashing into locals while riding motorcycle drunk'

Ashton James Ellison, 38, from Liverpool, was riding a scooter back to his hotel when he hit another rider with two passengers in Pattaya, Thailand, in the early hours of this morning.
