Philippine Coast Guard tows fishing boat struck by Marshall Islands vessel that left three trawlers dead

The PCG's Force Kaligtasan sa Karagatan said they retrieved the capsized FB Dearyn on October 15, following maritime aerial surveys to determine its location.
