Clear skies as Philippines Taal Volcano briefly calms down

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said in a June 13 bulletin that 28 volcanic earthquakes were recorded within a 24-hour period, with Taal spewing 900-metre plumes of gas.
