Philippines ferry catches fire killing 31 people onboard with seven missing

Some 250 passengers were aboard the MV Lady Mary Joy 3 bound for Sulu province from Zamboanga del Sur when the vessel erupted in flames near Baluk-Baluk island at 11 PM on March 29.
