A ranting tourist was handcuffed to a hospital bed after allegedly stealing a jet ski - then crashing when he tried to escape.

The man, named only as Abdullah, from Saudi Arabia, reportedly jumped on the machine and sped away from the beach in Phuket, Thailand, on Friday afternoon.
