Raging floods surge through street as officials make flood warnings for Bangkok

Footage shows surging torrents of flood water raging through streets of the island of Koh Chang in Trat province, eastern Thailand, on Thursday morning September 8.

The region has been battered by heavy rain in recent weeks leading to devastating flash floods. Warnings are now in place in a number of area of the country, including the capital Bangkok where officials have advised residents to make preparations.
