Concerned neighbour scolds children playing on building's unfenced rooftop in China

Video shows the boy sitting on the edge of the building's rooftop with his feet dangling over the ledge while talking to his companion, who was standing on the awning above the entrance of the apartment in Yantai City, Shandong province on June 18.
