Kind passerby rescues puppy drowning in pond

Resident Sa Auykamkun was out on stroll in Samut Prakan province on January 13 when she spotted the baby dog in the water. Footage shows the female black pup paddling its paws as it struggled to swim in the middle of some floating garbage.
