Two kids 'accidentally burn down car' while playing with fire in China

Two children reportedly burned down a parked car by accident while they were playing with fire in southwestern China.

CCTV video footage taken in Neijiang City in Sichuan province on January 15 shows the youngsters playing next to two cars while pedestrians walked by. They were allegedly pulling up tufts of grass to use as kindling.
