This spectacular footage captured by a drone shows a rare phenomenon in which the air temperature plunges while the sea remains warm, thus making it appear as if the water is boiling.

Filmmaker Eduard Olegovich, 33 captured the footage in Korsakov town, which is located at the southern end of Russia's largest island of Sakhalin.
