An amusing fail was caught on camera when a home pull-up bar gave way - sending a fitness fanatic crashing to the ground.

CCTV taken in Zhaoqing City in Guangdong province, China, on September 30 shows the man named Chen doing vigorous pull-up exercises on the pull-up bar when it suddenly gave way. A yoga mat and a pillow below cushioned him from the nasty fall.
