Super typhoon Rai rips leaves trail of destruction on Dinagat Islands in the Philippines

Video taken in San Jose municipality on December 18 shows the wreckage wrought by the powerful storm. Entire houses had been leveled, large trees were toppled over, and electricity lines had fallen and caused power outages.
