Super typhoon Rai floods rage through village in southern Philippines

Video shows the brown floodwater rapidly flowing next to homes in Barangay Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City in Misamis Oriental province on December 16. The deluge was caused by a nearby creek that overflowed due to the intense downpour.
