Flood nearly submerges bridge as river level swells during super typhoon Rai in the Philippines

A river came close to submerging a bridge as water levels rose due to super typhoon Rai in the Philippines.

Video shows the raging floodwaters rapidly flowing just beneath the bridge in the town of Talakag in the province of Bukidnon on December 16. The video was taken at 11:22 am local time, two hours before the severe storm made landfall in the country.
