Crane collapses killing three and injuring one in China

A tower crane collapsed at a construction site in central China, killing three and injuring one.

The incident happened in Ezhou City in the province of Hubei on December 8. Footage captured through a nearby driver's dashcam shows the moment the crane's boom tilted over and was dislodged from the structure.
