Waterspout tornado spotted near Philippine coast

A thin waterspout was spotted off the coast of the Philippines.

Seafarer Ramir Gambalan saw the twister forming near their boat as they were en route to Vietnam on November 19. Footage shows a wispy air column extending to the sea from dark clouds in the sky.
