Cargo truck tips over and dumps wooden planks on pedestrians in China

A cargo truck turning at a curve tipped over and dumped piles of wooden planks on pedestrians in southern China.

Footage taken in Hengyang City, Hunan province on November 9 shows the vehicle swerving at the corner before falling onto the sidewalk. The wooden boards it was carrying hit vehicles and passing locals on the roadside.
