This is the creepy moment a man snuck into a girls' dormitory in China - allegedly to steal pairs of underwear.

Footage shows the unmasked intruder clutching women's undergarments while climbing down the metal railings of the building at the Wuhan Institute of Business and Technology in China on October 31.
