Two silly dogs stalled traffic when they ran in the middle of the road to chase after a street-cleaning water truck in China.

Footage shows the naughty pair trying to play with the jet of water spraying out from the vehicle's side in Luoyang, Henan province on October 26. Drivers stopped to avoid hitting the pups who were unmindful of oncoming cars.
