Covid-19 patients sleep in flooded Thai quarantine centre

Footage shows the patients sleeping in the facility swamped with dirty, ankle-deep water in Chanthaburi province on October 12. People who test positive for Covid-19 and have symptoms are sent to quarantine hospitals.
