A German pensioner recovering from a hit-and-run accident in Thailand died two days after being discharged from the hospital.

Berndt Udo Weidlich, 71 was making a U-turn when an oncoming two-wheeler crashed into his vehicle in Phetchabun province, Thailand on September 17.
