Severe tropical storm Kompasu battered the Philippines over the weekend, bringing heavy rainfall and flooding across a large swathe of the archipelago's Luzon island.

Footage shows a house in Pangasinan province inundated with knee-deep water on October 13, a day after the storm exited the country's monitoring domain.
