Riders delivering supplies to flood victims in the Philippines were stuck in a deluge themselves when severe tropical storm Kompasu rendered roads impassable in Cagayan province.
Mark Jerome Pagela and his fellow motorists were on their way to Santa Teresita town when they were met with inundated roads on October 12. Video shows the men dragging their motorbikes through the flood after their vehicles stalled in the water.
