American fugitive, 64, arrested in the Philippines

An American fugitive who allegedly violated his parole has been arrested in the Philippines.

Paul Franklin Guzock, 64, was previously convicted for possessing and growing cannabis in New York but was granted probation in 2019 which he is said to have broken and fled to the country in Southeast Asia.
