This is the moment a quick-thinking cop used a battering ram to prise open the bars on a metal fence after a little girl's head was stuck.

According to the Boulder Police Department, Sergeant Martinez and Officer Kyle were sent to the scene after a little girl put her head through the bars of a metal fence and became stuck in the city of Boulder in the US state of Colorado.
