Taliban fighters flew the jihadist flag over the governor's office in Kandahar as they established a new 'caretaker government' in Afghanistan.

Footage shows a large crowd taking part in a flag-raising ceremony in the south Afghan city on September 21. Taliban government officials reportedly attended the event.
