Rockets fired at neighbourhood in Kabul, Afghanistan

A rocket attack hit the Afghan capital Kabul, reportedly damaging homes and a nearby power plant late Thursday.

Several explosions rocked the northwestern suburb of Khair Khana on September 16 evening. Footage shows fire engulfing houses as the rockets struck near the Chamtalah substation in the Sarkutal area.
