Typhoon Chanthu brings heavy rain in Shanghai, China

Typhoon Chanthu hovered over a port in China, drenching the country's eastern coast but failing to make landfall on Monday.

Footage shows Chanthu bringing heavy rain over a Shanghai port on Tuesday morning. The storm has also prompted the closure of ports in Zhoushan and Ningbo in nearby Zhejiang province, as well as triggered flight cancellations in Shanghai on Monday.
