Hundreds of angry motorists protested in a residential area that recently implemented a new parking policy in Tianjin City.

The car owners converged on the streets outside the residential property on the evening of September 6. Footage shows the locals crowding around several vehicles and causing traffic on the main road to grind to a halt.
