Taliban flag raised at Panjshir Governor's house as resistance stronghold falls

Taliban fighters raised their black-and-white flag at the Governor's house in Panjshir as the final stronghold of anti-Taliban resistance in Afghanistan fell on Monday.

Footage shows armed soldiers hoisting the Shahada flag up a pole at the Panjshir governor's compound and cheering 'Allahu Akbar' on September 6.
