Man found floating in the sea on piece of styrofoam to reach neighbouring city

A Malaysian man had to be rescued after he tried floating on styrofoam across the sea to reach a neighbouring city after he failed to secure a travel pass.

The 28-year-old man was found sprawled on a 4ft-long block of styrofoam that was drifting across Penang Strait on August 2.
