This is the shocking moment a lucky tricycle driver narrowly missed a steel plate that fell inches away from the vehicle in China.

CCTV footage shows the tricycle traversing a flooded road in Henan on August 1 when strong winds blew the steel plate onto the ground, causing it to crumple on impact. No one appeared hurt in the incident.
