A Brit accused of murdering a Thai hooker in 2014 before fleeing to Spain is to be extradited following a ruling by European judges.

Tourist Shane Kenneth Looker, 51, picked up the pretty strip club dancer Laxami Manochat, 31, on the second night of his holiday in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 1.
