Tuktuk driver replaces missing wheel with bamboo pole dragging along road

A tuktuk driver attached a bamboo pole on his three-wheeler to replace a missing wheel.

The quick-thinking man used a rope to fasten the pole and keep the vehicle level while travelling across a road in Iloilo province on April 21.
