Severe flooding has inundated a mobile home and RV community in Brevard County, Florida, after record-breaking rainfall triggered widespread flooding across the region.
In footage shared by Air Force veteran Kristin Franz, floodwaters can be seen covering the area, with several vehicles submerged up to their doors. Debris floats through the water as large stretches of the community remain underwater.
Describing the situation, Kristin said the flooding was worse than any hurricane she had ever experienced.
The flooding follows an extraordinary rainfall event on November 1 and 2, 2026, when parts of Brevard County received up to 24 inches of rain within 24 to 36 hours. The extreme downpours overwhelmed drainage systems, triggering rescues, school closures and emergency declarations across several Florida counties.
The footage highlights the devastating impact of the flooding on local communities, including residents of mobile home parks who found themselves surrounded by rapidly rising water.
