Russia claims capture of Ukrainian city of Dobropillia as Kyiv says it remains under its control

This footage purports to show a Russian soldier slipping into the Ukrainian city of Dobropillia, which Moscow claims to have captured despite denials from Kyiv.

The video was obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence on October 23 and reportedly shows marines of Russia's Tsentr Group of Forces in Dobropillia in Donetsk Oblast, which the ministry calls by its Russian name, Dobropolye.
