Rising water levels have caused coastal flooding along the bayfront in St. Petersburg, Florida, as high tides and storm-related conditions affect the region.
Footage shows waves spilling over the shoreline, while palm trees sway in strong winds along the waterfront.
The flooding comes amid the distant effects of Hurricane Isaias, which made landfall near Destin in Florida’s Panhandle as a Category 2 hurricane on October 9.
Authorities issued a Coastal Flood Advisory for the Tampa Bay area, warning of elevated tides and the risk of minor coastal flooding.
