A man was walking his dog when he came across a fisherman. The fisherman asked for his help, pointing out something floating in the water that was too far away for him to see clearly. At first, the fisherman thought it was a fish, but the mysterious creature wouldn't take the bait. The dog owner then used his phone to record a video and zoom in to get a better look. Through the zoomed screen, he faintly made out a struggling puppy that was on the verge of drowning. He asked the fisherman if he could swim out into the deep water to rescue the puppy, and the fisherman agreed without hesitation.
